This webinar, held on the 7 July 2025, launched the new toolkit to support regions and local authorities to tackle alcohol and unhealthy food and drink, learning from successful tobacco policy. Each year, thousands of people in our communities are harmed by the three big killers - tobacco, alcohol and unhealthy food and drink.
Action on Smoking and Health (ASH), the Obesity Health Alliance (OHA) and the Alcohol Health Alliance (AHA) have worked closely with colleagues in Humber and North Yorkshire and Greater Manchester to develop the new toolkit to support regional and local areas to take coherent action on alcohol and unhealthy food and drink industries, learning lessons from tobacco control.
